Attitude at checkin was less than welcoming, inability to use phone service for international calling - this downgrades the facility to country status

nice restaurant, delicious food, people working here are wonderful. the units are fantastic, immaculate. the location is marvellous, 1 km from wadlata outback centre. it's in a neat building in the lovely area.

The hotel met expectations. My kids and I really enjoyed being there. - the location was stunning and incredible, not far from beach shops and city shops, supermarket, water, and local eats/town centre.

The bathroom was really large and the shower was high pressure if I wanted it to be. The tv was large too and the in house menu and charge back facilities were excellent. We didn't even need to leave our room if we didn't want to.

Very nice location overlooking Spencer Gulf. Ease of check in and pass operated security gates. Good design layout of rooms for 3 guests.
Overall nothing except the fact that a deal advertising a lower price was on a banner outside the entrance to the hotel and yet this deal was not offered by the staff. As I had pre-booked I had to pay the higher price.

The rooms were high standard and air conditioned in the main wardrobe, very good value for money. Location: the hotel was just next door to the main centre with shops across the road, local supermarkets and hotels and Port Augusta for work.
